Papers and correspondence about staff at the Political Agency at Kuwait, and at the Political Residency in the Persian Gulf and British Consulate in Bushire. Most correspondence deals with changes in staff. Some of the correspondence concerning staff members at the Kuwait Agency is of a personal, confidential nature, with reference made to their performance, demeanour and health:
