The file classification method consists of two numbers separated by an oblique stroke. The first number consists of the First Series files subject number (20, recorded on the original files by means of a Roman numeral, XX), followed by the individual file number, determined chronologically by the date on which the file was opened. As the precise title of this subject has not been preserved, it been reconstructed from the records to indicate 'General Information'.
