The sub-sub-series file XXXV Administrative Reforms in Muscat consists of one file, XXXV/3 and one volume, XXXV/5. The correspondence in this sub-sub-series is regarding the appointment of Financial Advisors to Muscat State: Bertram Thomas between 1925 and 1930, and Stuart Edwin Hedgcock between 1930 and 1931. The correspondence contains details of the terms and conditions of the job contracts including salaries and annual leave. Among the main issues discussed in this sub-sub-series are the following:
