Ottewill has identified many of the References in Parliamentary Vol. 8 of Session 1806-07 and the Index is useful as summing up much information under the different heads and as indicating the locality of many obscure places. (2) pp. 259-310, Brief Abstract of Carnatic Correspondence 30th Jan. 1773 to 22nd Feb. 1803. See H/285d (11). (3) pp. 311-7, References to the Nawab's Cavalry Debt, Old and New Consolidated Debt, Unconsolidated Debt and Charles Darke's charges against the Nawab of Arcot of having wasted his Revenue in Bribes 27th June 1789 to 25th June 1793.
