"Plans and Elevations of the East India House and of the several Warehouses and Buildings belonging to the Honourable the East India Company made out pursuant to an Order of the Committee of Warehouses on 18th June 1799," preceded by a "General Plan of part of the City of London shewing in what Situation the Buildings are erected." The plans, &c. are dated from 1804 to 1806, but no draughtsman's name is given.
Also includes copies of the conditions of sale of the properties at the East India College, Haileybury and the Military Seminary, Addsicombe in 1861.
