(4) p. 187, Index to pp. 189-216 (separately paged), Extracts from Treaties to show what portions of Native Territory are guaranteed or not guaranteed against hostile aggression. Nos. (1)-(4) above and (6) below were prepared in the Secret and Political Department of the India Board in the year 1818, possibly by T. B. Courtenay (Secretary to the Board of Control). (5) pp. 217-40, Memorandum of the arrangements respecting the Territories and Chiefs on the West of the Jumna. (6) pp. 241-82, Memorandum explanatory of (1)-(4) above 13th Feb. 1818.
