  • Minutes of a meeting held on the 10th October 1939 at the Ministry of Economic Warfare to discuss co-operation with oversees governments in regard to Contraband Control and Export Licences [and a draft note on decisions reached at a further meeting of the 9th December 1939]
  • Question of co-ordination between contraband control and export prohibition and licensing systems throughout the British Empire (draft telegram in consultation with the Government of India, November 1939)
  • Statement showing total quantities of regulated commodities for which export entries have been passed for shipments to countries enjoying unrestricted licenses, during the period 8th-30th September 1939
