Subsequent appointment of Raja Gyan Nath, C.I.E., as Prime Minister and consequent changes in the administration. 4. His Highness Holkar's divorce of his American Maharani and remarriage with Mrs. Crane. Decision not to accord any social recognition to the Maharaja's new wife and not to style her as 'Her Highness'. 5. Return to India of His Highness with his new wife and his apology to H.E. the C.R. for concealing the real reasons for his visit to the U.S.A. .
