Decision to issue tickets to heirs-apparent etc to sit in the body of the Chamber of Princes and to put name-cards on their seats. Decision to check the times of arrival in a Railway time table of all Princes who are to be met. Decision to put the refreshments in a room on the first floor i.e. the committee room or the Library and to keep the two rooms adjoining the Chamber locked. Decision that the introduction of the Raja of Keonthal to H.E. the Crown Representative before the opening of the session was irregular.
