Fraser, C.S.I., C.I.E., on his being relieved by Lieutenant-Colonel Pinhey of the charge of the Hyderabad Residency. (2) Question of finding some suitable appointment for the Honourable Mr. Fraser until the occurrence of a suitable vacancy in the grade of Resident, 1st class. (3) Memorial submitted by the Honourable Mr. Fraser to His Majesty's Secretary of State for India to be transmitted if he cannot be provided with a suitable appointment. (4) Posting of the Honourable Mr. Fraser as Resident in Kashmir, the status of the appointment being raised temporarily to a 1st class Residency. (5) Relaxation of the provisions of Article 308 of the Civil Service Regulations in favour of Mr. H.V. Cobb, C.S.I., C.I.E., a Resident of the 2nd class and Resident in Kashmir, and the grant to him of combined leave for eight months from 23 August 1915. Refusal to give him any assurance about his posting on return from leave. (6) Cancellation of the orders granting the Honourable Mr. S.M. Fraser an extension of leave after 29 July 1915 and decision to treat the period from that time to 23 August 1915 as joining time under Article 227 of the Civil Service Regulations .
