- This file contains two letters from Charles Geoffrey Prior, British Political Agent at Bahrain, to the Meteorologist, Karachi, and from N K Sur, the Meteorologist, Upper Air Observatory, Agra. These correspondence concern a serious breach of discipline by Muhammad Alyas, also known as Elias de Bey, an observer in Bahrain. It is recommended that he return to India and a replacement posted to Bahrain.
