The file contains correspondence sent and received by the Political Agent at Bahrain concerning the development of new fisheries in Abadan, to improve the diet of the Anglo-Iranian Oil Company's staff. There are two copies of a report on Abadan fishery schemes, (ff 5-19 and ff 23-37) and a brief report on the fisheries of Iraq (ff 38-39), both by Dr George Colin Lawder Bertram.

They are located in the same position as the main sequence, except for some instances which are located on the verso.
