This file concerns jurisdiction over residents of Nejd [Najd] and Hasa [al-Aḥsā’] at Bahrain in the Political Agent's courts, under provisions made by the Bahrain Order in Council. Reference is also made to punishments meted out by ‘Abdullāh bin Jilūwī at Hasa (folio 12).
