This file contains correspondence between British officials regarding the entrance of Kuwaiti students to the Bahrain Technical School on scholarships given by the Kuwait Oil Company.
Much of the correspondence is with Charles Dalrymple Belgrave, adviser to the ruler of Bahrain, Shaikh Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa (and his successor, Shaikh Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa). The correspondence discusses the nature of the training given at the school, the expenses involved, the living conditions of the Kuwaiti students and their educational progress.
