The sequence is written in pencil and appears in the top right hand corner of the recto page of each folio. Foliation anomalies: ff. 1A, 1B; ff. 4A, 4B; ff. 22A, 22B, 22C, 22D; ff. 26A, 26B; ff. 34A, 34B; ff. 66A, 66B; ff. 189A, 189B. The following numbers are omitted from the sequence: 10-12, 20. Pagination ranges: 15-16, 53-54, 57-58, 156-57, 159-60. One folio is marked as a range: f.94-95. A second foliation sequence numbered 1-9 runs through the notes at the rear of the file between ff. 278-286: these numbers are written in pencil (apart from 9, which is typed) and can be found in the same position as the main sequence.
