The file relates to the service of Gordon Noel Jackson as Political Officer, Trucial Coast. Based at Sharjah, the Political Officer reported to the Political Agent, Bahrain.

The Arabic language content of this file consists of a covering letter for a travel allowance bill, with translation in English, 22 March 1947; and the letterhead of a bank letter dated 19 March 1947.
