- This file contains orders issued by the Political Agent in Bahrain that regulate trade, customs duties, profit margins, and penalties on infringement of such trade regulations collectively known as the Kings Regulation No. 1. In addition to lists of goods subject to particular regulatory taxes or trading procedures, the file contains itemised tables of imported goods, their respective origins, and licensing procedures for their sale and distribution. The goods and regulations mentioned apply to a cross section of consumer goods in Bahrain from staple foods to the importation of motor cars.
