This file contains correspondence between British officials concerning plans for Muhammad Ahmad al-Jaber al-Sabah, a son of the Ruler of Kuwait, Ahmad al-Jaber al-Sabah, to study English in Britain.
This correspondence is primarily between officials at the Political Residency in Bushire, the Political Agency in Kuwait and officials at the India Office in London. The file also contains correspondence from Shaikh Ahmad al-Jaber, some of which is in Arabic.
The file also contains more general correspondence regarding plans for the education of younger members of the al-Sabah family (folios 52-60).
