This file contains correspondence regarding an expansion of harbour facilities in Kuwait that was completed by the British military authorities in Iraq.
Specifically, the correspondence relates to the expansion of a landing jetty at Shuwaikh that was owned by the Kuwait Oil Company and the construction of a large water tank nearby. In addition to correspondence, the file also includes some technical details of the construction work and details of the costs involved in it.
