This file relates to landing contractors at Muscat. The correspondence concerns the question of whether goods transhipped in Muscat harbour should be subject to landing charges. It follows a complaint from the Anglo-Iranian Oil Company regarding charges incurred for transhipping aviation petrol at Muscat.
