The file comprises telegrams, despatches, correspondence, memoranda, and notes, relating to the activity of Dr Syed Abdul Wahab Al Askari.
The discussion in the file relates to this individual, allegedly an Iraqi subject, who was perceived as a doctor of dubious credentials who had entered the territories of the Sultan of Muscat and Oman without permission.
