A previous foliation sequence, which is also circled, has been superseded and therefore crossed out. There is one foliation anomaly: f 1A.

Arrangement:

The enclosures to each despatch (each item) within the volume are separated by blue dividers. The despatches are arranged in chronological order from the front to the rear of the volume. The order of the enclosures within each despatch varies between chronological, approximate chronological and non-chronological. The enclosures within each despatch are numbered and, as neither the despatch itself is included nor an abstract of contents, the first enclosure is always No. 3. The enclosure numbers are recorded on the verso of the last folio of each enclosure, along with a summary description of each enclosure.
