This volume consists of printed reports, typed letters and other miscellaneous correspondence by British officials relating to the British occupation of Mesopotamia [Iraq] in the period February 1916 to August 1919 covering topics such as criminal procedure regulations, proclamations and notices, and financial department circulars.
