This volume contains correspondence, memoranda, reports, telegrams and minutes. It mainly covers conversations between British officials regarding the refugees in the refugee camp at Baqubah [also written as Ba’qubah, Ba’quba and Baquba] in Mesopotamia [approximately corresponding to present-day Iraq], and their possible repatriation.
This volume contains parts 3 ((ff 174-339) and 4 (ff 4-173) of the series regarding the refugee camp at Baqubah (for parts 1 and 2 see IOR/L/PS/10/773 and IOR/L/PS/10/774).
Both parts include a divider which gives the subject and part numbers, the year the subject file was opened, the subject heading, and a list of correspondence references contained in that part by year. This is placed at the back of the correspondence.
