- Details of the loans, including British claims, recovery of interest owed, and regulation of payments
- Correspondence between British authorities and the Imperial Bank of Persia regarding the Persian Government’s request for advances on a loan
- Proposals for the reorganisation of Persian finances
- A speculated loan to Persia from the United States of America.
