The file contains a translation of a letter supplied by the British Embassy at Chungking [Chongyang], dated 29 May 1941, from the Protocol Bureau of the Chinese Ministry of Foreign Affairs, which conveyed their gratitude for assistance rendered to Mr Pao Yi while traveling through Iran and India on his return from Vladivostok to China.
