The file contains a letter from the Office of the High Commissioner for India, New Delhi, to the Political Residency in the Persian Gulf, Bahrain, dated 22 October 1949. The letter refers to the killing of Muscat subjects in Hyderabad and suggests that the Sultan of Muscat raise the matter with the Indian Government himself during his upcoming visit to India.
