- This printed memorandum is a copy of a translation of a lease by Sheikh Mubarak [Mubārak bin Jābir Āl Ṣabāḥ] of Koweit [Kuwait] for Bunder Shweikh [Bandar Shawaykh] and of the acceptance of the lease by Major Stuart George Knox, Political Agent at Kuwait, dated 15 October 1907. The lease has twelve clauses which define the boundaries, conditions for rent and ownership of the land.
