Typescript copy of the Bahrein [Bahrain] Civil Air Agreement between the British Government and Sheikh Hamad bin 'Isa Al Khalifah [Ḥamad bin ‘Īsá Āl Khalīfah], Ruler of Bahrein, dated 6 June 1934, incorporating subsequent amendments to July 1940.
The agreement consists of:
- I Heads of Agreement;
- II Conditions laid down with the approval of the Sheikh of Bahrein to govern the use of the Aerodrome at Muharraq and Manamah [Manama], including Schedule I - Landing Fees, Schedule II - Housing Fees;
- III Territory of Bahrein - Air Navigation Regulations for Civil Aircraft, made by Sheikh Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifah;
- IV Territory of Bahrein - Special Authorisation for Aircraft to land in Muharraq or Manamah and fly over Bahrein;
- V Arrangements for use of Aerodromes by Military Aircraft.
