The volume is entitled Who’s Who in Mesopotamia, and is a British intelligence report, compiled in 1916 by the General Staff of the British Indian Army. The report was printed by the Superintendent Government Printing, India, Calcutta [Kolkata]. It contains information about individuals located in or connected to Mesopotamia who were considered significant by the British military. The entries are organized alphabetically.
