The file contains papers on two different men, both named Mohammad Abdul Latif Khan:
- Folio 1: M A Latif Khan, born 9th January 1916 in Bhopal State. He was a lieutenant in the 5th Battalion, 10th Baluch Regiment. This consists simply of an annual confidential report, dated 3rd April 1939.
