- Contains annual financial statements under the following headings: Printing and Publishing, General Statement of Capital Liabilities and Assets, Printer's Department Profit and Loss Account, Interest Statement, and Printing and Publishing Profit and Loss Account. Enclosures include three letters (1877-1878) from W. H. Bradbury relating to financial matters, two receipts (1877) from Manchester and County Bank, and a debit statement (1877-1878) of Bradbury, Agnew and Co. in account with William Agnew. Also included is a note by Alan Agnew, dated 25 Feb 1947, stating that he broke open the lock to the ledger as no key could be found.
