This volume concerns the geography of the Persian Gulf and was published by the Naval Staff Intelligence Department in June 1919. It is divided into two sections: 'Physical Geography', including 'Position and Frontiers', 'Surface, Coasts and Islands, River Systems', and 'Sanitary Conditions' (ff. 3-15); and 'Man', including 'Race, including Language', 'Political and Social Conditions', and 'Population' (ff. 15v-20).
