- Chapter 2: 17-22.
- Chapter 3: 22-34.
- Chapter 4: 34-44.
- Chapter 5: 45, 45A, 45B, 45C, 45D, 45E, 45F, 45G, 45H, 46-7, 47A, sheet without number (beginning 'Ignoring their stares') and a continuation sheet numbered 2, 47B, 47C, 47D, 48-51.
