This series of volumes no longer exists, the papers having been transferred to the volumes listed here. Much early material relating to subscription and stock and loan capital is now located in the Home Miscellaneous Series, although most of it originated in the Accountant General's Department. In addition to statements of amount of stock and loans, many documents include particulars of trading receipts and various payments:

• IOR/H/39 p.24, An abstract of the stock and trade ventured by the Governor and Company of Merchants of London trading the East Indies, 1601-1619. Summary of amounts received from adventurers in each year; amounts sent out in victuals, goods, and money; amounts paid as subsidies to the Crown; numbers of ships sent out, remaining in Asia, returning to England or lost.
• IOR/H/40 p.34, 'The trade to East India begun 1600' - report signed by Accountant General Jeremy Sambrooke, c.Nov 1654. Details total amounts subscribed by adventurers and the percentage returns made to them for each of the 1st-12th voyages.
• IOR/H/39 p.9, 'State of account in the Indies of the Third, Fifth and Eleventh Voyages reduced all into one, viz. the Eleventh'. Written about 1613-14 and stated to have been taken from a book begun by the Company's Accountant Thomas Stevens. Includes amounts of goods sent to and from Bantam and Sukadana.

• IOR/H/39 p.30, Statement of the balances of the First and Second Joint Stocks, prepared by Christopher Lanman, May 1621.
• IOR/H/39 p.34, Balance of the books of interest, May 1621.
• IOR/H/39 p.62, Balance of the ledger for interest, Mar 1622. Fragments from a ledger, listing holders of stock and individuals lending money at interest.
• IOR/H/39 pp.26 & 70, Lists of adventures in arrears with their payments to the Second Joint Stock, 25 Dec 1620 & Jun 1624.
• IOR/H/1 pp.1-45, Index to the Ledger of the Third Joint Stock, 1631-1642. The ledger has not survived. Entries in the index include names of holders of stock, those lending money at interest, some home and overseas staff, goods exported and imported, and ships.
• IOR/H/39 p.159, Balance sheet of the Second Joint Stock, Mar 1638. Total stock issued to that date, £1,502,756-8-5.
• IOR/H/39 p.161, Balance sheet of the Third Joint Stock, Apr 1641. Total stock issued to that date, £267,152.
• IOR/H/39 p.169, Balance sheet of the [Fourth?] Joint Stock, Jun 1644.
• IOR/H/40 p.59, The estate of the New General Stock, no date. Includes total amount of debt at interest, £137,242-4-6.
• IOR/L/AG/1/10/1, List of holders of stock, 31 Mar 1669. Total £369,891-5-0.
• IOR/H/4 pp.1-13, Valuation of the New General Stock, Apr 1671. Includes a reference to the payment of £36,989-2-6, a 10% dividend on stock, in May 1670.
• IOR/H/1 pp.45-89, List of holders of stock in Apr & Dec 1675. Individual amounts and total of £369,891-5-0.
• IOR/H/4 pp.15-59, Statement of the assets and liabilities of the Company, Jun 1685. Prepared by Accountant General Francis Beyer. Includes a list of those lending money at interest, totalling £569,244.
