This file consists of 41 digital images of photographs collected by Nasrin Torabi from various individual and institutional collections in Mashhad, Iran. Unfortunately, the provenance of each photograph has not been recorded by the collector.
These samples date from 1284-1335H [1867-1926]. In many cases information about the provenance, context and subjects of the photographs is unknown; information presented in this catalogue therefore is necessarily incomplete.
One of the images has been identified as being the Khorasan Literary Society, 1926 and on the EAP website can be found at http://eap.bl.uk/database/large_image.a4d?digrec=1874217;r=18716
