Two communications by fax from Harper Collins:
1. Fax dated 10 September 2007. 17 sheets reproducing various photographs published in the book, with identifying captions (although the images have not reproduced well by fax). The fax has been printed onto the versos of 'scrap paper' which includes, in the case of fax sheets 1-5, five discarded draft typescript pages from Kingdom Come (numbered 204-8).
2. Fax dated 24 October 2007, from Richard Betts (Editor and Reader), commenting on several textual details. 10 sheets, comprising letter from Betts with annotated page proofs of the relevant passages.
