The papers on this film have serial numbers 1/1-297 (Aug 1960-Nov 1973), after which there are a few unnumbered items to April 1974. They appear to be a complete set.
Series 1/1-297 related to the 'management' or 'business' side of Imago Mundi, i.e. finance; annual accounts; royalties; legal matters; minutes of committee, board and general meetings; etc. The principal correspondents include AD Baxter (Treasurer); Prideaux Frere chartered accountants; Penny & Harward solicitors; Nico Israel; and, in the latter years, Eila Campbell.
The original file is now Dutch National Archives ref: Archief: CKM C.Koeman, 1937-85. Toegangsnr: 4.CKM. Inv: 23. This microfilm was supplied in 2004 by Günter Schilder of the Geographical Institute of the University of Utrecht, at the request of Imago Mundi Limited.
