Foliation: ff 28. Three unfoliated modern paper flyleaves and two contemporary at the beginning, and seventy-five unfoliated contemporary paper flyleaves at the end.
Dimensions: 110 x 65 mm.
Ruling: 65 x 40mm, 7 lines per page.
Binding: Brown leather, British Museum, 1960. The older Sloane bindings, in brown and beige with a gold-stamped crest, are kept separately.

Part of the great collection of manuscripts and artefacts gathered by the physician Sir Hans Sloane (1660-1753) and purchased at his death from his executors by the Act of Parliament which also established the British Museum.
