- Two original farewell addresses presented to Sir Thomas Stamford Raffles on his departure from Java in 1816. 'Statement of Personal Property belonging to Sir Stamford Raffles lost on board the Honourable Company's chartered ship Fame', sent by Raffles to the Court of Directors. Reply to the 'Second Address to Sir Thomas Stamford by the inhabitants of Benkulen, on his return to Benkulen after the destruction of the ship Fame'. [This reply, with the addresses, was later printed by Cox and Baylis, London, 1824].

Also included are documents listing the personal possessions of Sir Thomas Stamford Raffles lost in the sinking of the ship Fame and a certificate to verify the statement.
