Paper (w.m. Siren cf. Briquet 13880-13889). ff. 104. 165 x 110 (107 x 70) mm. No ruling visible, 17 lines. Gatherings of 8, numbered ιγʹ-κεʹ, with catchwords. Binding of red morocco gilt in 'Harleian' style by Chapman.
Scribe identified as Ioannes Seueros Lakedaimonios (Repertorium I 181).
