Parchment. ff. 138. 255 x 165 (174 x 95) mm. Ruling Leroy P2 20D1, 31 lines. Gatherings of 8 with catchwords, numbered αʹ-ςʹ, 1-13. 18th cent. binding of calf gilt-lined.
Scribe identified as Zomino da Pistoia (Sozomenus Pistoriensis) (Repertorium I 371; de la Mare p.100 n.11, p.103 No.11, pl.XXIIf).
