Scribes identified as (ff. 1-103v) Georgios Tryphon (Repertorium I 74) and (ff. 104-252v) Ioannes Mourmouris(?) (Repertorium I 172). Marginalia by Henricus Stephanus (Repertorium I 116bis). Note by Stephanus (f. 252v): σκγʹ ἀνεγνώσθη βιβλίον Θεοδώρου ἐπισκόπου Τάρσου etc. Ceci est de mon escriture et les autres tiltres jusques à σκηʹ.
