- Parchment. ff. 2 (formerly Harley 5613, ff. 1*, 2*, 268, 269). 260 x 210 (220 x 140) mm. Ruling Leroy 00C2, 38 lines. Written in uncials in red ink. 4 folios missing between f. 1 and f. 2. The Paulines would have needed about 48 folios, the whole New Testament about 190 folios.

- Partially erased Latin ex-libris dated '1449 ulto septembris', as in Harley 5538, f. 1*. Formerly folded in half and used as flyleaves at the front and end of Harley 5613.
