Ruling Leroy V 00A1 (e.g. f. 12), V 20A1 (e.g. f. 93), and another pattern (e.g. f. 82) in which the text area is enclosed, but none of the horizontals or verticals extend to the edge, and a second line is ruled at the bottom of the text area, 40-48 lines.
