Paper (w.m. Hand: cf. Harlfinger 39, 40; Briquet 10760). ff. 1*-4*, 332. 215 x 150 (140 x 85) mm. 1 col., 19 lines. No ruling visible. Gatherings of 8, numbered αʹ-μαʹ (μβʹ6). Headpiece (f. 4*), decorated initials and titles in red ink. Fore-edges decorated in red ink by the same hand with interlinked circles containing crosses. B.L. binding (1976), with old B.M. gilt spine pasted inside front cover.
Scribe Georgios Basilikos of Constantinople (colophon dated 28 Aug. 1555, f. 329; Repertorium I 56) for an unidentified person whose name has been deleted and 'Konstantinos Kantakouzenos' substituted.
