Parchment. ff. 103 (old foliation αʹ-ρηʹ). 295 x 210 (185 x 110) mm. Ruling Leroy 40D1 dry-point, over-ruled in ink Leroy 00D1. 25 lines. Gatherings of 10, numbered αʹ-ιβʹ: β, l. 9 (lacks 1), δ, l. 6 (lacks 4-7), ε, l. 8 (lacks 3, 10), ζ, l. 4 , ια, l. 6 . The missing folios were numbered ιαʹ, λδʹ-λζʹ, μζʹ, νʹ (after ff. 12, 34, 39, 45). Binding of red morocco gilt in 'Harleian' style by Elliott.

Scribe identified as Ioannes Rhosos (Repertorium I 178).
