Scribe identified as Ioannes Skoutariotes (Repertorium I 183).

Custodial History:

Partly erased Italian ex-libris (f. 3*). Owned by 'Monastical Library Founded and Endowed by the Guicciardini' (Diary p.213 item 5). Purchased for the Harleian Library from John Gibson, 13 Feb. 1723/4 (f. 2; Diary p.216 No.15; Fontes pp.162, 174).
