Paper. ff. 295 x 190 (210 x 120) mm. Ruling Leroy 10D1n, 28 lines. Decorated headpiece and initial. Catchwords. Gatherings of 8, numbered αʹ-λεʹ (λε3). B.M. binding of mottled calf.
Scribe erroneously identified as Angelos Bergikios (see Repertorium I 3). Latin title and note by the same hand as those on Harley 5667, f. 1v, 6318, f. 1.
