Parchment. ff. 171. 193 x 124 (100 x 64) mm. Ruling Leroy 30D1 or 32D1(?), 20 lines. Decorated headpieces and initials. Gatherings of 10, numbered αʹ-καʹ (ιγʹ lacks 6, ιεʹ lacks 2, κα, l. 4 ). Binding of red morocco gilt binding in 'Harleian' style by Chapman (rebacked).
Scribe Ioannes Rhosos (colophon, f. 170: ἐτελειώθη τὸ παρὸν ψαλτήριον διὰ χειρὸς ἐμοῦ Ἰωάννου ἱερέως ώσου τοῦ κρητὸς χιλιοστῷ τετρακοσιοστῷ [ἑβδο]μηκοστῷ ὀγδόῳ μηνὸς ἰουλίου ις ἐν Ῥώμῃ; Repertorium I 178).
